From start to finish, Duration Exteriors, Dave Usdan, the roofing crew and the office support staff were excellent. They helped me through the insurance maze, dealt with historical district permitting, communicated and executed flawlessly. The roof looks great and my yard and the landscaping were well protected. I couldn't have been happier.

Very impressed with this company! Had some storm damage from an August wind storm. Called Duration Exteriors and they sent one of their Field representatives, Dave Usdan over. He was extremely knowledgeable and determined there was storm damage. We contacted my insurance company and they were very reluctant to cover my entire roof. Dave fought tirelessly to get the entire roof covered for me. Between Dave, the Girls in the office, and the carpenters on the roof I was very pleased with the service professionalism, and the overall outcome of the job. If not for Dave and Exterior Roofing I feel that I wouldn't have gotten my entire roof covered Great Job! Thank You

I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone was professional did exactly what they said they were going to do. The crew that came the day of the roof installation was great they showed up on time and got right towork. I mostly dealt with Dave Usdan although everyone at Duration Exteriors is great Dave is someone to request cause the guy is on point and makes this process simple. Also wanted to mention Brian, the site manager, and Jim the project manager who were great to work with--professional, attentive and friendly! Lastly the installation crew did an outstanding job- from arrival at 6:45am until they finished at 7:00pm, I've never seen such hard workers who were so meticulous from installation to clean up! We are extremely happy with the outcome and will be recommending Duration Exteriors too everyone!! Our new roof is absolutely beautiful.
